CAUTION

     The following page concludes the Gathering, thus ushering the end of my first instalment of this series. However, the following page also depicts an extremely violent and graphic scene that I know will be found offensive to many. Therefore, I strongly caution you should you choose to read on.

     I do want to clarify for you that the following page and the depiction therein is a dream manifestation that continues to haunt the sleep of Sam Haynes. This haunting dream is in fact an illustration of the inner turmoil that he faces daily as he struggles to contain the entity that inhabits him.

     Yes, Sam Haynes is possessed by a supernatural deity that continues to struggle for dominance over his body. His acts of violence are often a result of the loss of control of his motor functions and rage to this deity, and are not often the true desires of his inner psyche. This is because the deity feeds upon the empathic residual sacrificed by Sam's inner torment or from the victim in the violent act being committed.

     But it doesn’t excuse the graphic nature I have described in the following page. And so, I wanted to make it very clear to you all, that I do not endorse the following act. Nor do I wish this torment to be acted upon any person.

     So, in closing, should you be under the age of 18, or have an aversion to extreme violence, then I strongly suggest that you go no further and simply accept the last page as the final page. And that you move on to another story.
     But, should you choose to read on, you will be doing so at your own volition.
